Complete the Team Mojo Leadership Diagnostic. Once you book, you’ll receive a link to it in the calendar invitation, no need to resubmit if you’ve already done it recently. It takes about 4 minutes to complete and gives Carrie the context she needs to make your session as focused and useful as possible. You’ll want to complete it at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
We spend the first part of the session going deeper on your diagnostic profile, not just what it says, but what’s actually driving it. Diagnostic profiles are useful, but they don’t tell you whether the pattern is about one specific relationship on your team, a habit you’ve developed underpressure, or a structural gap in how your organization is set up. We find that out together.
From there, we look at what “good” realistically looks like for someone in your position, not a generic leadership ideal, but what would make a meaningful difference for you in the next 30 to 90 days.
We close by building your first move: a specific, actionable commitment that fits into the reality of your week.
You leave with two documents: a Clarity Map that captures what we uncovered, and a Team Expectations Framework you can start using right away.
