Do you ever wonder to yourself... "Where does the time go in my workday? I started the day so motivated, but finished feeling like I got nothing done!"

The time suck happens to the best of us. It even happened to me, so I created my own tracking sheet to record everything I do in 15 minute units from waking up to sleep for 7+ work days. The goals were awareness of time-wasters, appreciation of all I do and analysis to make changes.
